Scope of Work:

Roofing

We installed the best-in-class Owens Corning Duration® shingles, known for their durability, wind resistance, and attractive appearance. Covering an area of 2,500 square feet, the new roof not only offers superior protection but also boosts the home's curb appeal. This high-quality asphalt roofing system was completed in just two days, thanks to our efficient and skilled team.

Siding

For the siding, we chose James Hardie HardiePlank® Lap Siding, a top-of-the-line fiber cement product that provides excellent durability and a beautiful finish. This siding is resistant to the harshest weather conditions, ensuring the home remains protected and looks stunning for years to come. The color selected was Evening Blue, which complemented the house's overall design perfectly.

Gutters

We installed LeafGuardreg; Brand Gutters, the best seamless gutter system available. These gutters are designed to keep debris out while effectively channeling water away from the home, preventing any potential water damage. The gutters were installed to match the new siding, creating a cohesive and polished look.

Shutters

To complete the transformation, we added new shutters from the Mid-America Exterior Shutters collection. These shutters are not only stylish but also highly durable, made from maintenance-free vinyl that resists fading and warping. The color chosen was Classic Black, which added a touch of elegance and contrast to the home's facade.
